Hotmelt coating with rotary screen printing on web substrates

In the CAVISCREEN process, the molten adhesive is pressed via a heated hollow doctor blade through a perforated and heated screen, similar to a screen printing process.

The web substrate, lead between screen roll and counter roll, takes over the hotmelt in the screen pattern.

CAVITEC combines the hotmelt coating machine with laminating calender, low tension drive and web guiding systems, unwinders for substrate and laminate, winder for product, accumulators, etc to a complete lamination plant according to your requirements.

Auxiliary equipment for heating, cooling, and melting complement the scope of supply.
